Format 01

One in Seven

A real chance of getting it all back.

Build a campaign around a one-in-seven cashback opportunity. Customers choose from a changing menu of eligible predictions, finding the event that speaks to their interests and judgement.

A strong starting point for brands that want broad appeal, personal choice and a continuing customer relationship.

  • A changing menu of eligible predictions
  • Customers refresh until one speaks to them
  • The chance stated plainly with every offer
  • Full cashback on the purchase price
Format 02

Wildcard

A big moment for their favourite player, team or passion.

A fan already wants the shirt. Give them something extra to cheer for: their money back if their favourite player achieves something extraordinary.

A less likely event can cost less to cover, leaving room for an exciting offer on a smaller campaign budget. The chance is made clear with each offer.

  • One named event, tied to one product
  • Built for fans: a player, a team, a passion
  • Less likely, so it costs less to cover
  • The chance shown with the offer

The cashback can still be the full purchase price. The event and its likelihood are shaped around your audience and budget.

Campaign ideas

Start with something your customers care about.

01 Example

The shirt and the superstar

The official shirt they wanted. A player they believe in. Full cashback if that player scores a hat-trick in a named tournament.

02 Example

The beauty basket and the big prediction

Their favourite beauty products, with a choice of eligible events. They find a prediction they believe in and follow it for the chance to get their basket price back.

03 Example

The seasonal purchase and the weather

A winter purchase with a memorable promise: full cashback if a precisely defined weather event happens at the named place and time.

Illustrative campaign ideas. Each event is assessed and priced before an offer is made.

Explore an idea for your brand

One purchase. More reasons to talk about your brand.

  1. Before the event

Launch an offer with a story behind it. Give your email, social and advertising teams something customers can take part in.

  2. As the story develops

Keep the experience alive with event updates and relevant news. Customers have made a choice, and now they have a reason to watch.

  3. When the cashback lands

Celebrate real customers receiving real money back. With their permission, turn those moments into interviews, reactions and stories for your next campaign.

A reward for the customer. Fresh material for your marketing team. Another reason for someone else to join in.

Built around your brand. Planned around your budget.

  1. 01

    Set the goal

Tell us what you want to achieve: sell a product range, support a launch, engage fans or bring existing customers back.

  2. 02

    Shape the campaign

We agree the products, event choices, funding and customer experience. Choose a rotating prediction menu or a bespoke event that fits your audience.

  3. 03

    Arrange the cover

The cashback promise is covered through suitable insurance or company-held market positions, depending on the event. Campaign limits and activation rules are agreed before launch.

  4. 04

    Launch and measure

Bring the experience to your website and marketing channels. Track purchases, participation, return visits, cashback payments and campaign contribution.

Your team keeps control of the brand and the retail relationship. The campaign plan sets out what 7vens delivers and what your team supplies.

More choice for customers. A clear budget for you.

Your campaign does not have to depend on a single result. A changing selection can give customers different events to choose from, while spreading campaign exposure across an agreed range.

We can assess bespoke events for insurance, including outcomes without an available prediction market. Where suitable markets exist, they can provide another way to cover the cashback promise.

Funding can come from an agreed payment per qualifying sale, a campaign budget or sponsorship. We price the experience around the products, event likelihoods and maximum campaign exposure.

  • 01Payment per qualifying sale
  • 02Campaign budget
  • 03Sponsorship

You approve the budget, campaign limits and responsibilities before launch.

What would you like to know?

Does one in seven mean exactly one winner in every seven customers?

No. One in Seven describes the approximate statistical chance targeted for each eligible event when it is offered, not a guaranteed proportion of winners in a particular campaign. We aim to assess and select events with roughly a one-in-seven chance, and each offer must state its estimated chance and conditions. Real outcomes vary; customers choosing the same event can win or lose together.

Can customers choose events they know about?

Yes. The planned format offers a changing selection of eligible events, so customers can choose a sport, cultural moment or other event they know and care about. Their choice makes the experience personal and gives them something to follow. Familiarity does not guarantee a win or establish that their chance is better than the estimate shown.

How does 7vens bring prediction-market ideas into marketing?

7vens is developing event-linked cashback campaigns for brands, retailers and marketing agencies. The concept uses the interest in predicting real-world events to give customers another reason to buy a product and follow the story after checkout. Customers buy at the normal price, choose an eligible event and receive the agreed cashback if it happens. They do not need a trading account. Any insurance or company-held market positions used to fund a future cashback promise must be arranged before that campaign launches. This website is testing demand; it does not operate a prediction market or activate cashback offers.

Do we have to discount our products?

No. Customers buy at your normal selling price. Your agreed campaign payment funds the cashback opportunity and service.

Who pays the customer cashback?

7vens administers and pays valid promotional cashback under the agreed campaign terms. Suitable cover must be arranged or allocated before a cashback promise is confirmed.

Can customers choose their prediction?

Yes. A campaign can offer a menu customers refresh until they find an eligible event they like. A fan campaign can instead link a particular product to a named event. Once confirmed, the customer’s event and cashback amount stay fixed.

Do all campaigns offer a one-in-seven chance?

No. One in Seven is one format. Wildcards use less likely events that can be especially compelling for fans. Each offer explains its own chance and conditions.

What happens when event probabilities change?

Available choices can change with prices and capacity. An event can close to new customers without changing an existing confirmed promise.

Do customers need a trading account?

No. Customers make a retail purchase and join a cashback promotion. Any market positions used for cover are held by 7vens.

What happens if a customer returns their purchase?

A returned or cancelled purchase does not qualify for promotional cashback. Payment follows the campaign’s order checks and eligibility rules, including the treatment of partial returns.

How do we know whether it works?

We agree the measures before launch. These can include completed purchases, basket value, contribution after campaign costs and returns, engagement and repeat purchases. Where practical, we compare the campaign with your usual promotion.

Can you run a campaign outside the UK?

Tell us your target country. We assess the local requirements and availability of suitable cover before agreeing a launch.

What would your customers love to get right?

Bring us your product, your audience and your next marketing moment. We will help shape a cashback campaign they can choose, follow and talk about.
